Hotel Arena Suite

Me and my sister visited Arena Suite hotel on the 25th May. The hotel itself looks like he needs to be refurbished, but the rooms looking good,fresh and they look like they have been refurbished. There is one women and one man public toilet, no shower in,so when leaving the hotel and for example wanted a have a shower before flight there is no shower!The pool side looks quiet scruffy, jacuzzi doesn't work, pools are small and showers looking very old with missing tiles. Cleanliness oround the pool is good. The pool bar(the only one) looks very old and a bit scruffy too, drinks are OK, and pool bar food not so good, kept in the plastic containers burgers,hot dogs and chips and pizza are a bit soggy. Buffet restaurants is clean,again old and needs some work to be done. Lunch food very tasty but not much choice , dinner food tasty but again poor choice. Entertainments almost don't exist and night entertainmens are late 9:30pm or later,so no many if any stay to watch them., no shop at the hotel too. The price we paid for all inclusive was a bit hight compared to the standard of the hotel. The good thing is that the hotel is situated in nice place,close to the beach and city centre. In overall, the hotel is not too bad but definitely not worth the price I've paid for all inclusive, I'm giving *** stars just because food was tasty.
