How one employee "kills" the entire team's work

Wonderful hotel! But one employee (VÕ THÀNH VŨ) can ruin the entire impression. My wife broke her leg right before we came. We rented a wheelchair. We left the wheelchair in the luggage storage room because we couldn’t use it on the beach because of the sand. When we came back from the beach, we tried to retrieve the wheelchair from storage. This is a big hotel! It copes very well with a large turnaround of guests, and it was Tet!Our room was a good size with good views of the ocean! It doesn’t have a bar area for you to have a drink which is a shame.
