  A Special Place for Our Family, Made Even Better by Amazing Staff

  We visited this resort around the same time last year, and the memories were so wonderful and meaningful that we decided to return this year with our friends’ family. This place truly holds a special place in our hearts.By pure coincidence, we were delighted to meet HUYEN again at the Accor Members check desk, who had taken such great care of us during our previous visit. We still remembered how kind, attentive, and professional she was back then, and once again, she proved herself to be an exceptional hotelier with her consistent professionalism and warm hospitality.This time, we unfortunately made a mistake that led to a rather difficult and uncomfortable situation involving another family. It could have have been quite serious, but HUYEN handled everything in a calm and highly professional manner, resolving the issue smoothly. Thanks to her, the situation was managed perfectly, and we are truly grateful for her help.I have traveled to many places around the world and stayed in numerous hotels and resorts, but this is only the second time I have ever taken the time to write a review. That alone reflects how satisfied we were with our stay at Mövenpick Resort Nha Trang as a family destination.Once again, thank you to HUYEN for her outstanding service. This is definitely a place we would love to return to.P.S. We are planning to visit again around March–April next year, and we sincerely hope the pre-dinner venue will return from Typhoon to Tropicana. :)우리는 작년 이맘때 이곳을 방문했고, 그때의 너무나도 소중하고 행복한 기억 덕분에 이번에는 친구 가족과 함께 다시 나트랑 모벤픽 리조트를 찾게 되었습니다. 그만큼 이곳은 우리 가족에게 특별한 의미가 있는 곳입니다.그리고 정말 우연하게도, 작년에 우리를 따뜻하게 맞아주었던 아코르 멤버 체크데스크의 HUYEN 직원을 다시 만나게 되어 너무나 반가웠습니다. 그 당시에도 항상 프로페셔널하고 세심한 응대로 깊은 인상을 받았고, ‘정말 훌륭한 호텔리어다’라고 생각했었는데, 이번 방문에서도 역시 변함없는 모습이었습니다.이번에는 사실 저희의 실수로 인해 다른 가족에게까지 피해가 갈 수 있는 난처한 상황이 발생했습니다. 당황스러운 순간이었지만, HUYEN 직원이 매우 침착하고 프로페셔널하게 상황을 정리하고 해결해주었고, 덕분에 문제를 잘 마무리할 수 있었습니다. 그때의 대응은 정말 인상 깊었고, 진심으로 감사드립니다.저는 세계 여러 나라를 여행하며 다양한 호텔과 리조트를 이용해왔지만, 이렇게 후기를 남기는 것은 이번이 두 번째입니다. 그만큼 나트랑 모벤픽 리조트에서의 경험이 가족 여행지로서 매우 만족스러웠다는 의미입니다.다시 한 번, HUYEN 직원의 훌륭한 서비스에 감사드리며, 이 리조트는 분명 다시 찾고 싶은 곳입니다.Ps. 내년 3월~4월에 다시방문예정인데 프리디너가 타이푼에서 트로피카나로 다시바뀌였으면 하는마음입니다. :) Trinh Nguyen, Guest Services / Front Office at Movenpick Resort Cam Ranh, responded to this review Dear 수영 홍,Thank you so much for your heartfelt and thoughtful review.   App was worthless. We paid for breakfast/dinner with room but were told breakfast only at check in.   Private pool too much smell and Chemical

  We have a family vacation in 4 days ro celebrate my son’s 2nd birthday. We stay in 1 bedroom beach front villa. Service is ok. Bellman team is really friendly and helpful, especially Duc Anh he helps us a lot. However, there are some information not clear at the begging check in. This is first time we stay here but no one introduces us about resort like location, restaurant and service. In addition, private pool in our villa is horrible, water is smell and too much chemical make my son’s skin red, hurt. The common pool is ok. For this reason, I don’t recommend you book villa with private pool if the pool is the reason you choose villa. You will waste of money for it.
