    Fusion Spa Resort was beyond 5 stars. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had two personal concierge staff assigned to us, Trang and Nathalie. They were both exceptional. They were always there to help us to ensure our Fusion experience was the very best. The resort is huge and located on the beach. Our private pool hideaway villa was fabulous. The food and service at the restaurants was excellent.

    Me and my now fiancé had a great weekend. The staff, particularly Nathalie the chef were incredibly helpful in arranging a romantic evening overlooking the beach so I could propose. I can’t say enough good things about how nice the hotel and staff were.

    Our stay at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived at the airport, where Joe (our Fusionista) welcomed us, everything felt seamless and relaxing. He stayed in touch throughout our stay via WhatsApp and helped with anything we needed.The food, both Vietnamese and European, was excellent, and the restaurant staff were attentive (we had some lovely chats with Nguyen). The highlight was Suong, the restaurant manager - a powerhouse of a woman. Watching her interact with guests, it’s clear hospitality and customer service run through her veins.The resort has a boutique, peaceful vibe with a quiet, beautiful beach. You might see some rubbish in the sea and on the beach but the hotel team clean it daily and it clearly is a wider issue in Vietnam. The all-inclusive spa is a treat, with a daily complimentary treatment that adds an extra layer of relaxation.

    We had an amazing stay at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained — a truly relaxing place to unwind.The concept is fantastic, especially the all-spa-inclusive approach, which makes the experience feel unique and very well thought out.What made our stay truly exceptional was the service, especially from Aelia. Her care, attentiveness, and genuine warmth are simply outstanding. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of at all times.Highly recommended — and if you have Aelia looking after you, you’re in the best hands!

    Perfect luxury holiday

    My wife and I came to stay at Fusion resort for 10 days over our honeymoon and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The resort is absolutely stunning and every detail seems thought out. We had the suite with an ocean view and the rooms are beautiful, high quality and incredibly spacious. You have a choice of two restaurants both with brilliant food and an extensive menu. Even after 10 days we weren't bored of eating there and the food was of a high quality. The included spa treatments are such a great value as well with a large variety and all very relaxing. There are also yoga and meditation sessions to join as well as a gym and a tennis court. The staff as well make your stay at Fusion special. Nathalie took care of us during our stay, and helped with every query, booking and anything else we needed help with. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and ensured our stay there was perfect. The other staff around the restaurants and spa were also wonderful (especially the woman who was in charge of the restaurants.) We would recommend Fusion to anybody considering booking, you're guaranteed to have the perfect holiday.
