    Excellent hotel for events conventions and weddings, spacious lounges, comfortable rooms, excellent food in its two restaurants, excellent place to have fun in the evening, very quiet pool with snack service.Rooms was very well like that breakfast include , the spa service will get better

    The hotel was ok for Venezuela standers , just a warning to every one, some one opened the safe and took some of my cash, and close it again !I hope they made good use of the cash to some one in need ! GOD always push you the rite place to help the rite people, some time on strange ways !

    Nice hotel, even when the COVID has hit this industry hard - still was quite impressed with the management at the time.The lifts are a nightmare as keys do not work in all the lifts!But the housekeeping was good, breakfast was good, staff always happy and smiling!

    I usually use this hotel several times a year, most of the time on business trips, and the attention is always first class. From the hotel reception, where this time LuisMar kindly served me, to the VIP lounge, the service is always first class. The clean and nice rooms, the abundant and very good breakfast, as well as the business facilities and the meeting rooms, everything is of high quality, at the level of the best hotels I have been in. I even met the hotel manager in an elevator and he was worried to know if my stay was pleasant!     I contacted the hotel to make a last minute reservation, from the moment I called everyone was very friendly, my reservation was managed by Carolina Garcia and she helped me with several questions and even gave the information of a driver who could take me to the airport. During my two day visit, I went to the spa and the experience was great, excellent service. I had dinner in the main restaurant, the food was great and the staff very attentive, Betania Triana, Edward Rojas, Jorge Rodriguez, Carlo Moreno, Yenny Oberto, and Carlos Rodriguez.The breakfast buffet has many options for every taste. The day I was leaving, the restaurant maître, Cristian Quintero came up to me to ask how my experience at the hotel was. Overall the experience at the Hesperia WTC Valencia was excellent.I would just recommend adjusting the temperature of the air conditioning, I was freezing throughout the whole stay.
