Nice hotel, although a little dark and dated as is everything in Venezuela. In the centre of what is the most pleasant and safest part of Caracas, Chacao.I would like to give a top thumbs up to Alejandro on the front desk. Really nice guy, like an unpaid tour guide. Perfect stay downtown Caracas. Staff are all very very attentive and friendly. Hotel is located in La Castellana, a very good area in Caracas. Room was large and perfect sleep comfort. Worst hotel EVER- I got a suite with access to the lounge but when I arrived the lounge was under repairs but they never bother to update it on their website and refuse to provide a small refund for the trouble.
