The service is this hotel was EXCELLENT!!! Their staff was helpful in EVERY way possible. The rooms were clean, complimentary drinks in the mini bar, good amenities, 24 hour bar service, excellent buffet breakfast. No complaints. Our room in this Hotel was simple but functional and clean. We had a quiet night and slept well as no noises from the outside came to our ears. The people at the reception were friendly and efficient. A bag we forgot in the lobby was kept under custody and returned to us unharmed - this act of honesty was appreciated very much and of course raised our esteem and overall satisfaction with the Hotel… Our room in this Hotel was simple but functional and clean. Great hotel for a short stay in Tashkent. Stayed in Sept and booked a superior king room - it was large, modern, very clean, quiet and comfortable.
