Nobody is talking about how good this hotel smells. Whatever diffuser they’re using in their corridors, I want it for my house! Rooms are BIG and soviet chic.Aburahmon on reception was wonderful: so friendly and knowledgeable, much like all of the staff I encountered here.My only disappointment at this hotel is that I didn’t find the two advertised karaoke bars. I truly enjoyed my stay at City Palace Hotel Tashkent.I loved the room and the classic wood décor. The reception area was spacious and beautiful, especially with the stunning glass roof. The subway station is nearby, which is convenient. The room was beautiful, and the bathtub was spacious and comfortable. Probably the most disapointing experiences in one hotel.Alsmost nothing is functioning in the room. Arriving at the morning, i regularly paid “early check in”. Discovering that tv has only few channels, all in uzbek language. Asking “for some other language”, they send guy who tried to do something for long, finaly he brought one other tv. And i’ve got maybe 10 chanels, all in russian. Fine, much… Probably the most disapointing experiences in one hotel.Alsmost nothing is functioning in the room. i choose this hotel because of the location. other than that its just 3 star hotel, with average quality breakfast, avarage quality service and avarage, in my case below average quality rooms.
