  Warm and pleasant atmosphere. People here are kind and welcoming. Design is very different from other places. Even if you sitting alone, you feel like you’re in the right place. The best person I’ve meet here is someone I’m grateful for forever.

  Nice hotel in Tashkent. Large rooms. Avoid rooms towards the street due to lots of traffic (6 lanes) and an outside bar just below my room.Not far from airport or railwaystation. A small supermarked 300m from the hotel. ATM just outside the hotel.

  Very helpful and friendly staff, good food, clean rooms, ATM and pharmacy 100m away from the hotel and 10 min drive to metro station. Very cosy atmosphere. Sauna and swimming pool are amazing! Breakfast was scrumptious:pancakes and waffles, traditional Uzbek dishes, deli and porridges.

  I am staying in this hotel currently, checked in on 6th August 2020 as this is one of the hotels you have to stay in if you just arrived to Uzbekistan. I have to stay here till 16th August 2020 but I am unhappy with their service already. Rooms were clean and tidy however since i checked in room was not cleaned so far today is 10th, there were 2 bottles of water 0.5 litres we were told we have to buy drinking water as they will not bring free water anymore ok it's fine we bought 1 bottle it cost us 12000 sum. We asked than if someone can buy water for us in the shop nearby it was done, today when we requested for the same to be done again we were told we have only option to buy it in the hotel only for 12000 sum per bottle which is really expensive for Uzbekistan. We can't go out of this hotel as we on quarantine. I went to speak to reception colleague he told me you can't come to the restaurant with your alcohol correct so it's similar situation we will not bring anything from outside if you want to buy water buy it here. I asked for Manager no one came to speak to me they send us few bottles of drinking water. Overall about hotel, WiFi is really slow (in order to write this feedback it took for me ages). TV channels thanks a lot they have fixed at least we have gew Russian channels to watch. I have stayed in hotels around the world but never had such experience at all. I really hope this feedback will help others prior they book this hotel to think twice i will write this feedback in Russian as well for more people to be aware. Я оставалась в этом отеле с 6го августа 2020. Это был один из отелей где можно оставиться на время карантина по прибытии в Узбекистан мне нужно быть здесь до 16го августа но я уже не довольна их сервисом. По прибытии комната была чистой но сегодня 10е и нашу комнату не убирали до сих пор, но это ладно. В комнате было 2 пол литровые бутылки воды на следующий день конечно они закончились мы попросили принести воды но нам сказали что её можно купить принесли за 12000 сум 1.5 литра. Это конечно дорого мы попросили купить нам воды в ближайшем магазине и это сделали. Сегодня попросили сбегать за водой и нам сказали что это не возможно. "Мы же не ходим в ресторан со своим бухлом" так и сказал. Я в шоке у нас нет возможности выйти из отеля мы же на карантине так ещё и питьевую воду надо покупать в 3 дорого да ещё и выслушивать блатной сленг от ресепшен. Попросили поговорить с менеджером конечно никто не пришёл с нами разговаривать, до этого просили электричекий чайник его тоже не оказалось. Позже принесли воду но это не дело WiFi слабый, каналы русские наладили по нашей просьбе. Надеюсь этот отзыв поможет и люди задумаются прежде чем

  Overall empression was satisfactory. Hotel location is in wonderful place. Good stay, breakfast buffet was really nice. Bathroom needs to be repaired. Seems they dont pay attention to small breakages.
