Margaritaville needs to do better.
When we walked into our condo,there was a musty smell and we found cock roaches in the silverware drawer. This was our 4th trip to Margaritaville, St Thomas. Margaritaville was TRULY a paradise!! This property was amazing! I highly recommend it! From the service, food and everything in between the whole experience was top tier! Great location. Bad Smell.
The villas are spacious. The resort is located by what I feel is the best beach on the island in Coki Beach.. Very close to the ferry if you plan on taking a day trip to St John’s. Disappointing
Staying here was a disappointing experience. They tell you that the seaweed is a problem, but they don't tell you that the entire resort smells disgusting because of it. There were cracked floors and rusted fixtures both in my room and around the resort. The pools opened at 8am, but there were no pool towels available until 10am or later. Unbearable seaweed smell
The smell of seaweed was unbearable! We actually tried to switch Wyndham properties because it was that unpleasant. We stayed two weeks and though the staff is all great, I think they know that the seaweed really hurts the resort. We had a car and went all over the island, for some reason, the smell was only bad at this resort. The resort needs to clean it up daily during the seaweed season.
