Started our stay here for our 35th anniversary and cut it short midway. Room was not well maintained; a portable dehumidifier and wall-mounted mini-split was their AC, which means you had a dehumidifier buzzing away all night while the AC blew it’s cool air onto your face while you tried to sleep. I want to first shout-out Louisa aka "Juicy" who was hands down the best bartender we had while we were there. No matter how busy it was, she was on her "A-game" and doubled as the trip knowledge bank, she seemed to have all the knowledge to give which was vera much appreciated.The rooms were clean, comfortable and provided what was seen in the pictures, thankfully!Location was not the best. Amazing time at Divi! The staff makes this resort. Louisa, Sekayi, and Takiyah at the pool bar are so sweet, fun and attentive. They also make amazing painkillers, green tea shots and quesadillas.
