Booked a Business Suite, everything looked ok. Room was comfy, big and had good facilities. However, the room was only cleaned during the afternoon, never during the morning. Firstly, I had brought these concerns at the time of our stay, and sent an email to the hotel but received no response. I see from a previous review a year ago about the poor condition of the gym and I can only confirm this is still the same. I would go as far to say it is in a dangerous condition, so find somewhere else. We are at this hotel now. The RESTAURANT Staff here are not to be trusted. They were the only restaurant who did not respect their Government's law that any tourist paying at a restaurant with a card, should receive an 18% discount. When asked for her Employer details (for complaint reasons), the female (seemingly in charge) said she didn't know who employed her! She presumably knows who pays her… We are at this hotel now.
