Does not deserve to be in NH Hotel chain. Very old, run down, poorly maintained. NOT a 4 star hotel.

I booked this hotel because I am a member of NH loyalty program, and often stay at other NH hotels. This one does not deserve to be an NH Hotel. I do not understand the high ratings it receives. Other than that the location is close to the old city tourist area and the Rambla, I do not recommend it and would not stay again. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. There is no usable roof terrace as described… I booked this hotel because I am a member of NH loyalty program, and often stay at other NH hotels. This one does not deserve to be an NH Hotel. Not what you would expect from an NH hotel

We chose this hotel for its location - which was perfect for sightseeing. Unfortunately, the rooms are super dated. The shower pressure was good (a pleasant surprise!) but the beds in the twin room were so lumpy, we both sank into the middle of our mattresses. It was like a crater in the center of the mattress -- these are in desperate need of an update! Breakfast was also really not good. No coff… We chose this hotel for its location - which was perfect for sightseeing. Unfortunately, the rooms are super dated. The shower pressure was good (a pleasant surprise!) but the beds in the twin room were so lumpy, we both sank into the middle of our mattresses.…
