The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Perfect location-walking distance to Zion entrance

Our family stayed here for four nights over Thanksgiving week, and it turned out to be the best decision. The location couldn’t be more convenient. We saved so much time by avoiding the long lines for parking at the park. And we didn’t have to rely on the Springdale shuttle transferring to the park shuttle like we would have if we’d stayed elsewhere in town. You can't beat the location and the friendliness of the reception staff. Everything was clean, the parking easy, and it was so easy to get outfitted and into the Park I still can't believe it! The bed was mushy. The pillow was huge. If you like sleeping at a 60 degree angle with a bright light shining from the microwave and a banging noise all night long, this is the hotel for you. 3/4 of the outlets did not work, including the ones near the bed and those in the bathroom.
