Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Perfect location-walking distance to Zion entrance

    Our family stayed here for four nights over Thanksgiving week, and it turned out to be the best decision. The location couldn’t be more convenient. We saved so much time by avoiding the long lines for parking at the park. And we didn’t have to rely on the Springdale shuttle transferring to the park shuttle like we would have if we’d stayed elsewhere in town. Everything was within walking distance—the park entrance, the shuttle stop, gear rental shop for The Narrows, a supermarket, and the restaurants. The view from our suite was incredible; it felt like we were already inside the park. Highly recommended!     Great place, can't beat the location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff

    You can't beat the location and the friendliness of the reception staff. Everything was clean, the parking easy, and it was so easy to get outfitted and into the Park I still can't believe it! They have a discount with the other businesses on the property--don't forget your room card to get it.Our room, really a full apartment, with outfitted kitchen, living room and dining areas was comfortable and roomy, and the bed was comfortable. We did wish for a nightlight in the bathroom, one of the few misses in the space.The staff was very responsive to our letting them know about the Halloween-esque squeak of the bathroom door--they fixed it immediately. We hope they were able to fix the plumbing problem that we discovered upon our first use of the toilet. We look forward to returning, although if possible, we'd choose to stay in the room above ours, since the floor was a bit thin.     Bad hotel. Good location.

    The bed was mushy. The pillow was huge. If you like sleeping at a 60 degree angle with a bright light shining from the microwave and a banging noise all night long, this is the hotel for you. 3/4 of the outlets did not work, including the ones near the bed and those in the bathroom. They advertise EV chargers, and the two Tesla chargers did work, but the one for all other EVs did not. There are no commercial charging stations nearby. Charge fully before you arrive!
