Highly DO NOT recommend this hotel. Truck stop behind the hotel hear trucks all night long. Also allow guests to check in in the middle of the night blast music in their rooms and party in the middle of the night disturbing other guests stay. Contact the front desk all for them to tell you there is nothing they can do.

Nice hotel but acoustics are terrible. Need sound proofing between floors and dampening in halls. Skylar at reception was great, and breakfast was good. Would consider staying again if passing thru, but please do something to dampen the noise.

This was my first time staying at the Tru line of hotels by Hilton. We are apart of Hilton Honors and Hilton HGVMax. This hotel was a delight. Here to move my oldest daughter into college so relaxing after a long day was important. There was food in the lobby for dinner, snack and cold water. The online checkin and key card worked perfectly once I learned to override IPhone wallet’s passcode that triggered when I tapped on my room key. Everything was comfy and clean. Breakfast was really good.

We stayed from July 3rd-July 6th and never had our room cleaned. I had to call the manager to ask how to take out the garbage because we were collecting ants.

We were in town to attend a wedding. There was a mixup with our room type, but even though the hotel was full, Sharae at the front desk made a considerable effort to correct it. She was attentive, concerned, and focused on customer satisfaction. Not very common these days. The hotel itself is very nice, and they are very fortunate to have a great employee on the front line.
