The entire experience started off on the wrong foot due to a misleading sales tactic. We had a great time in a great resort. Celebrating the wife’s birthday we decided to go north from Arkansas. Had not been to the dell’s in over 25 years. The room was. 5 Star+ with fireplace and a great view. We did not have one problem all week. Restaurants in the resort were very good. Highly recommend even for us older seniors. Not as good as previous years
This was the 8th year in a row that we have been coming. The staff are wonderful, and we always enjoy the waterparks and Arcade. This year, we did not feel our room was up to par. Starting with check-in, we did not get a room until after 5 pm on Sunday when we checked in. That was after I went back to the desk at 5:15 to see how much longer it was going to be. Great stay - wonderful room
Easy check in. Great room, we were put in a Presidential Reserve room with upgraded furnishing and a fireplace. The beds are very comfortable and the room was top notch. We walked to the pool area. Be sure to check the hours of operation because not all the pool areas were open on a Monday. But I will definitely stay here again.
