Abigail was unbelievably rude with such a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I asked if my card would be charged anything and she said like $35 a day. I had no idea about this fee. RCI did not inform me and i travel with them all the time. I was told there was a $15 a day fee by RCI. She proceeded to tell me that RCI lies all the time and that it was not her problem. This resort is a great resort as a base for travel to Rocky Mountain Natl. Park. Being on the western side there is less travel and easy access to the park. There are several restaurants near by. The aspens were in full color.
