We have stayed here for 1 week as we were visiting Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. We booked 1 bed room suite with full kitchen. Rooms are spacious and big but very quiet place. No major activities for kids ( specially games room like Kingsgate williamsburg - other wyndham propery). Rooms and Bathrooms were clean. Went there for nice family weekend to visit family. Walked in lobby to check in and it was a gauntlet of rude sales people trying to get you to go to presentation for resort. After being pushed extremely hard we went the next morning. The 90 minute presentation turned into hours of manipulation , lies, coerced sales people saying it was a vacation club new way of vacationing. Our stay was great ! Staff were great and very helpful! Just wish they would change the check in process. Took us 45+ min I believe and we had to check in at one counter. Then go to another desk to get our room key and hear the pitch to get us to go to the 90 min timeshare meeting.Our stay was great ! Staff were great and very helpful!
