This is a timeshare place with HIGH PRESSURE, extremely rude sales staff — avoid at all costs (even if you are an owner)!!Dated property, needs a lot of updates, and actually the unit kinda smells. I’ve had some really good experiences with Wyndham over the years, and some absolutely horrible. Governor's Green is a beautiful resort. The rooms/apartments are showing wear and tear. Some of the rooms/apartments could use some updating. We have stayed here many times, so some rooms have been updated. This year our room/apartment was showing wear and tear. The kitchen countertop was old and cracked. Mixed feelings: the unit was clean and comfortable; however, timeshare ownership is a huge scam. DO NOT BUY A TIMESHARE ANYWHERE FROM ANY COMPANY! There are too many hidden fees and disadvantageous policies which people are not told about. At this location guests are now being asked to take out their trash when they leave and take it all the way to the “trash room” on the first floor.
