There was no one available to check me in for over an hour upon arrival. No one present was able to provide a reasonable explanation for why the reception area was unattended. Not a good experience at all.
Waited 30 minutes for desk clerk to arrive to check us in. Billed on cancelled reservation, so paid twice for same 4-day stay. No room freshening even though 4 day stay and written request for same. Powdered scrambled eggs every morning.
