    Horrible. Best western should pull the franchise rights. Not clean, and very loud due to the many rooms filled with welfare families. Many problems such as broken AC, and broken doors. I felt so...

    This is a horrible establishment. They should state that this is a welfare hotel when travelers call! Many "residents" are obviously living at this hotel. The rooms are dirty, multiple rooms A/C...

    Could not get into rooms keys did not work. Clerk made multiple keys still didn’t work. Very one had to be moved. Took a long time to get other rooms. A/c in my room didn’t work. Took many attempts...

    Really appreciated the walk-in shower. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Would stay here again
