Very disappointing experience. We discovered dirty sheets and a stained comforter in our room late at night after returning exhausted, leaving us with no real option other than trying to sleep without using the bedding. It was uncomfortable, cold, and honestly unacceptable for a hotel stay. On top of that, the heater/AC unit was extremely loud throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.We… Very disappointing experience. It’s well past its best for the money you pay. Big flat screens are great unless the walls are paper thin and you have to listen to next door’s entertainment. The rooms are clean and functional but tired. The beds are good but the aircon makes an incredible racket though fortunately loud enough to help drown out the noise next door. Staff are welcoming but the phones in the rooms don’t work so you… It’s well past its best for the money you pay. Spacious rooms, super clean and friendly staff. Love that the windows open in room and the gym is Will equipped, and usually not many people there.
