Built in 1880, the hotel is characterised by historic charm. 220 rooms and 17 suites are located on 12 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a page service. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested.     Great location - close to the sights with plenty of restaurants. Lovely hotel; rooms were larger than expected and well appointed. Comfortable. Super friendly staff, including Drew our bellman!

    The location is as close as you would find to the main attractions in DC. 5 minute walk to the White House, and 10 mins avg bus ride to any of the national museums. The facility gears more towards a...

    The staff members and especially Drew were really nice and the hotel was absolutely beautiful, not only was the lobby stunning the rooms were even better,I’m definitely coming again.

    Certainly not 5 star. I was told in advance they definitely have an EV charger in their lot. They don't. There's no where in the hotel to get lunch and no room service. Hotel is fine but not 5 star.
