The entire staff at the higher place are amazing! The location is central and convenient. However, there is no close by metro stations. The closest ones are Foggy Bottom-GWU and Dupont Circle, both require a 15-minute walk to the hotel. We arrived at the Hyatt on M street and we were very pleasantly greeted by Onamica who was so very kind. Talk about service with a smile and a great representative for the Hyatt.
