I was on the 5 th floor and my cleaning lady was super sweet and amazing at her job.. I’m not sure her name but she was of Chinese ethnicity.. we need more people like her! Crishan was amazing at customer service and making me feel welcome here at the hotel! He is a definite asset to the company! Honestly, everyone was great here.. Great experience. Had an issue with change to our reservation since we used Hilton Honor points. Sonja did a good job of working through it and solved the issue that exceeded my expectations.
