We had such a wonderful experience at the Hilton Capitol Hill. After a terrible situation at another hotel, we arrived feeling completely overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. The staff here immediately stepped in and took care of us.They were able to find us a room for one night, and then went above and beyond by checking cancellations and securing us an additional night so we didn’t have to move… We had such a wonderful experience at the Hilton Capitol Hill. Very pleasant stay. The room is very comfortable, recently updated and the layout was well designed. For instance, clean towels are a hands reach from the generous shower. The service was friendly and accommodating. Minor problems were promptly resolved. I ate 3 meals in the bar area and was impressed with the food quality AND portions.Very pleasant stay.
