Location, Location, Location. 150 feet from McPherson Metro Station. Mall is two stops away. Excellent breakfast cafe across the street, as well as 5 Guys and Jersey Mike's. At approximately 5:30 a.m., I encountered a clogged toilet in my room and contacted the front desk. I spoke with associate, who advised that someone would bring a plunger shortly. After waiting 5–10 minutes, I called again and was told they were on the way.After an additional 10–15 minutes with no response, I made several more calls to the front desk that went unanswered for an extended period.
