    Sub par hotel

    24 May 2026

I stayed here from 5/22 to 5/25 and I have to say the experience was less than mediocre. There were only 2 elevators for the entire hotel one which broke down Saturday afternoon. I was at the happy hour on 5/22 I witnessed the cook from Willies touching the food he was going to cook with his bare hands. Front Desk Staff Wearing Meta Glasses

    10 May 2026

    Worst experience!!

    25 Apr 2026

This Embassy Suites should not be allowed as part of the Hilton brand. Horrible service and so many things in the room and in the hotel do not work. The hotel’s general manager refuses to respond to my multiple attempts to resolve billing issues after a 16-night stay in April 2026. Recommend…

The hotel appears somewhat dated and does not quite match the images posted online. The staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was a very nice touch. However, the room itself was in need of upgrades, and the overall interior of the hotel could benefit from a facelift.Additionally, there were several closed businesses on the M level within the hotel, which made parts of the property f…

    Nice but Needs Some TLC

    15 Mar 2026

If I could, I'd give the Embassy Suites 3.5 stars. It was a mix of good and not-so-good. The staff is great, and check-in was easy. But the hotel itself is dated and needs a refresh. We had a top floor premium room. It was large but didn't use the space well--lots of furniture jumbled together. For a modern hotel, there weren't enough USB charge ports and I wound up moving a lamp from the living r…
