Location

This city hotel is the closest of its chain to central Washington, D.C. sightseeing attractions such as the Smithsonian Museums and the Washington Monument. Guests can arrange a sightseeing tour that will pick them up right at their front door or enjoy their freedom by travelling on Washington's famous subway system, located just one block from the hotel. Facility

The hotel has 155 rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience.     Room was disgusting- hair on towels, mold in bathroom, and extremely dirty A/C unit. There was no in-room coffee service as stated. I asked to switch rooms and never got a response.

    Friendly staff . Stayed 4 days First day the toilet cistern didnot work. Receptionist changed the room thanks. Second day toilet exhaust fan - funny smell receptionist chaned the room...

    Clean, smoke free room. Unfortunately no fridge to put stuff in, no microwave, no coffee maker. But great none the less. Looking forward to staying there again.
