Great stay in a winter wonderland

Had an amazing time despite the fact that most of the mountain was closed. We ended up getting some snow at least! Unfortunately the chair lift was not operating so we did have to take the shuttle but it wasn’t too bad. If it was that would have been very convenient. The ski shop was very convenient for storing gear overnight. Got to wake up to a beautiful riverside view, which made our morning truly special. The hospitality at this hotel was exceptional—everything from the ambiance to the service stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire experience feel seamless and welcoming.
