    It was wonderful nice clean the people up front was wonderful the owners are sweet I would stay again we stayed here last night it was so quiet and the pillows are wonderful

    It was such an upgrade from the hotel we were originally at. The front desk lady was really awesome and helpful. The room was so amazing and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. My new go to hotel when I want to stay in Tyler. Only issue we had was that we didn't get clean towels or the bed made when we left out for the day. But that's a minor issue and the only issue Hotel Manager, Owner at Grander Inn & Suites, responded to this review Thank you so much for the kind words about the great service, clean and comfortable room.     Located close to numerous stores and restaurants, this is a clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay even on a Saturday night. The pillows, pillow top thick mattress and bedding was very comfortable, which is the most important to me. Staff was respectful, courteous and quick to be helpful. All in all it was a great stay during the Azalea Festival.     Rooms were so clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location and convenient to shopping and restaurants.Had a great time and will be back soon..Will definitely recommend to all friends and family.     Overall, I had a great stay throughout the duration of my trip. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my requests and also made sure the room was very clean. I was not disappointed with the room at all and also the breakfast was very good! I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Tyler!
