The hotel is the only one directly connected to the Tulsa Convention Center. It is located in Tulsa's commercial centre, in the vibrant business and entertainment district. The hotel is the Official Host Hotel of the BOK Center, which can be found just two blocks away. The hotel’s perfect central location is also convenient for access to many Tulsa attractions. The Brady Theatre is around 1.5 km away and Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino is about 6 km away. River Walk Crossing at Jenks can be found around 9.5 km away, and guests can visit Tulsa Zoo approximately 19 km away. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from Tulsa International Airport, which is 15 minutes away.

    Amazing Location, Disappointing Hospitality

    The hotel's location is outstanding, which makes the experience all the more disappointing. Unfortunately, every interaction we had with the staff—from the front desk (especially the evening crew) to the restaurant—was consistently rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. It almost felt as though the prime location had become an excuse to stop caring about customer service. TERRIBLE!

    Becky provided excellent service in the dining room at the Doubletree in Tulsa downtown location. The food choices was good and the atmosphere was pleasant.

    I travel frequently and stay in a lot of hotels, and every once in a while you come across an employee who leaves a lasting impression. Cara Wesley at the front desk of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa Downtown is one of those people.Working the overnight shift can't be easy. Most guests arriving late are tired, stressed, or dealing with travel issues, yet Cara consistently provides service with a level of professionalism and kindness that is genuinely remarkable. She treats every guest with respect and patience, regardless of the situation.What stood out to me was her willingness to go the extra mile without being asked. She doesn't just do her job; she takes ownership of guest concerns and works hard to make sure people have a positive experience. Her communication skills are excellent, and she has a natural ability to make guests feel welcome and important.It's easy for management to notice numbers, reports, and metrics, but employees like Cara are the reason guests return and recommend a hotel to family, friends, and coworkers. She represents the very best of customer service and hospitality.
