Room was clean and comfortable. Had all the helpful amenities-hair dryer, ironing board, refrigerator and coffee maker. On the down side, I stayed two nights and they did not make the bed or refresh the linens after the first night. Good value - clean room, friendly staff.
Very good value. I'll likely stay here again. Small room but comfortable bed, decent fridge, decent shower. I was on the 4th floor but they had luggage carts that made it easy to bring up all the things I didn't want to leave in the car. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish they'd had a coffee pot in the room (I like to drink coffee as I dress not have to dress, go to the lobby for my coffee… Very good value. I'll likely stay here again. I was charged and I didn't even stay here I'm still trying to get a refund to this day absolutely worse customer service. Pleasantly surprised by my last-minute stay!
I enjoyed my stay at the red roof Inn. The hotel was a decent two star hotel. It had free coffee and my room was clean and neat. A nice surprise was that pets stay free! Horrible experience! Toilets overflowed in two of our rooms. Tried calling front desk from both rooms for help no answer ever finally walked down to the desk to get a plunger/help to which there was a girl just sitting there on her phone.
