Worst experience ever. Don't ever stay at this motel. There's a bunch of homeless people hanging out around the motel, even coming into the front lobby. The environment does not feel safe. The front staff is incompetent, charged me as a walk in despite already have a pre paid reservation and refusing to refund the double charge. The room itself was dirty and poorly managed, stains on the bedding a… Worst experience ever. Don't ever stay at this motel. Like many others, we booked this hotel because of its proximity to the university during Family Weekend—everything else nearby was fully booked so we chose this one because of the great pictures. Short stay felt safe and clean I would go back

Nice staff and clean room with a nice big tv. The ac was leaking but that was outside. They matched the rate from Priceline. And after a 16 hr drive my boyfriend and I were happy they had availability for early check in. This location per the Ada violated my rights and telling me I could not have my emotional support animal in the pool area. I kindly asked the woman to look up the law and understand that I don't have to explain anything for HIPAA laws about the circumstance and that she needed to call her management.
