This family-friendly eco hotel is located in the heart of downtown Tampa, Florida, only 3.5 blocks from the Tampa Convention Center. The hotel also has easy access to Channelside Waterfront Entertainment District and Cruise Terminal, Ybor City, Busch Gardens, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa Performing Arts Center, and Interstate 4 where guests can go to Orlando. The nearest downtown trolley stop is a 5-minute walk from the city hotel, the bus station is 30 minutes away on public transport and the Amtrack train station is around a 20-minute walk away. The sea at Tampa Bay is just a 10-minute walk from the business hotel and Lykes Park is 5 minutes away. The conference hotel is approximately 10-15 minutes from Tampa International Airport.

Love the Hilton Brand but this property does not meet the Hilton standards. It is completely outdated and smells like an old hotel. Additionally, I found the management team to be rude and unprofessional when we had to discuss an issue. Would certainly stay at another Hilton again.....just not this one. Stayed for a few days so i could move in my daughter to university of tampa. Rooms were nothing special. Their restaurant che vita was alright, good food, respectable staff. Valet staff was very helpful and kind, rex and danny helped us with our bags and gave us the recommendation of Hattricks for dinner which turned out to be a fun spot.
