Location is great, hotel has no atmosphere at all. Bar was closed everyday apart from one!.I woukd advise people not to use this hotel, the parking is an absolute scam.They charge $16 a day to park which is fine, but they use a cowboy tow company who clear your cars if they feel you don't have a little blue ticket in the window. Horrible Experience
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room had a serious condensation and moisture problem, which made the stay very uncomfortable. When I reported the issue, there was no staff available and no willingness to resolve it.To make matters worse, Lina at the front desk was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. Room was clean, lots of activity in other suites and echoes, slept with TV on a few nights. The hotel is older but everything was fine! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Our room overlooked the pool area and ocean side! Sunset was stunning!
