    Fabulous Place to stay in St. Augustine

    I always stay at Hilton Hotels when I travel and this location delivered the quality I always expect. I immediately felt at home when I arrived. The staff was so welcoming and willing to assist in any way. It was a nice touch to be able to purchase trolly and ghost tour tickets at the front desk...which was very convenient. The pool was so relaxing and our rooms were so spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the San Sebastian River. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the Evening Social where we got to try some of the fabulous wine from the nearby San Sebastian Winery across the river. The only complaint I have was the mandatory valet parking...which seemed rather odd being this hotel is not in a city center and has its own parking lot. Other than that, everything was perfect for a wonderful vacation to St. Augustine. I would definitely stay here again. It's a lovely hotel which is located near everything this wonderful city has to offer. Thank you for such a delightful experience!     We are pleased with our greeting and check-in experience. As we parked Jesse assisted us in finding a handicap parking spot and advised of a discount offered.
