We made reservations that included breakfast. Got there, no breakfast. Coffee maker in room was broken. They didn't replace it. We went to front desk and girl said the hotel's coffee maker was also broken (Aug 28-sept3). They didn't offer any coffee they had in another container until I asked. This is a really nice hotel for the price. The rooms are clean. The bed was comfortable. It has everything you need, including a pool, massage chair, and a fire pit. So what pray tell makes me take off three stars? The rooms have one of those old school alarm clocks built in. Our room was amazing. Beautiful views from our balcony! The beds were comfortable as long as you didn’t get too close to the broken down edges. Truly the only thing that keeps me from leaving 5 stars was zero breakfast. Expensive best western without breakfast just leaves me feeling like I didn’t get my money’s worth.
