Rude staff/ can’t check in 1 hour early without attitude and fee

Would not let me check in one hour early to room even tho it was ready or they needed to charge me $25. Staff was rude and staff man in parking lot was rude. Acted like he wanted to fight. He came out from behind a pole and I guess I scared him with my car while trying to park. Then had all kinds of attitude.
