  Stuffy room that felt like a tomb. Great customer service ... Need I say more?

  The Rooms feel like tombs. Dry / Stale / and stuffy. I could not sleep but a few hours due to the stuffiness. You can't even open a window, what? Where is the in-room ventilation? .... I was afraid to take a shower for fear of making a "swamp" out of the room because there is no bathroom fan. Beware of the rooms.   This is one of the best-run HGl properties I've been to (I stay in at least 10/year). It's fairly new, but even outside of that advantage, it's a great hotel. It's spotless, well maintained, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.   I have stayed here several times for business and it has gone well except for the SHOWER NOT DRAINING. I have now stayed in several different rooms and they have all had the same problem.
