    Hotel Valencia in Santana Row left us pretty disappointed and underwhelmed overall. The rooftop bar views were nice, and Dani and Sebastian behind the bar were great, but that’s where the positives...

    Great hotel and most friendly staff. However a piece of our stay was the poool, solely based off reviews. Pool was closed on a nice sunny day and we’re not advised that that it was close for a while...
