Musty room with a "view"
Was "upgraded" to a Bayview room that had a view of the stairwell which was covered in pigeon droppings. Had a water bug roach crawl on me in the middle of the night while I was sleeping in bed. Had tried to price match after booking but was denied since they couldn't find the price at the link I provided. Never will stay at a Ramada by Wyndham hotel again!
Disgusting hotel. The windows were replaced on the 9th floor with ones where the frame was 2 in smaller than the opening and they didn’t use caulking around the frame so wind and noise blew through. The sheets were stained on not cleaned. The bathroom ceiling was filled with mold. The shower curtain rod was rusted. ? 1.5 ? at best? We had a 'remodeled' room on the 5th floor? The floor was VERY dirty, more so in the bed area. If barefoot, you could feel the grime.? $15/DAY PARKING FEE? Sheets were clean.? NO BEDBUGS [always a +]? Upon arrival, there was only 1 set of towels - I was lucky... housekeeping was 2 doors down? NO free breakfast? Front desk was very nice. But that’s all. My stunk. Air does not cook. Remote not working had get maintenance. Wall paper falling down from top of wall about2 feet. Floor filthy. Had to go buy fantasy to spray. Pool not working. Very disappointing. Looks like mold under wallpaper in staying for5 days. Very bad.
