Would not recommend. High price - not mentioned is hotel has majorconstruction so property is not attractive snd not appealing. Bathroom sink faucet falling off. Worst is they have weddings / so loud with music/talking/screaming very very noisy and disruptive. What a disaster! A very disappointed long-time guest.
They do not have an elevator. So not only do you need (and hope to be able to find) help, but it is very bad on your knees and back. You are not here to hike, but to relax. There is no restaurant, this should have been mentioned. There is no room service. The underground parking that used to be there no longer exists and you must valet for $45 a night. While the staff was helpful and professional, the accommodations were challenging. We were texted that our room was ready at 8 am. When we arrived, we were told the room would not be ready until 11 am. (Same with our friends/family who were checking in for our daughter's wedding). Unbeatable location & amazing staff!
We stayed here for a wedding at the rooftop which made our stay very convenient. Only one elevator in our building and we were all going to the wedding at the same time so we had to wait a few minutes. The views are breathtaking! Great staff that’s accommodating and warm.
