Carpet cleaning while guest is checked into room?
Two issues - one aggravating and the other just unacceptable. We checked in on May 7 for a 3-night stay. While going up to our room on the elevator, there was notice that the hotel would be conducting carpet cleaning the next couple of days. Nothing was mentioned to us at check in, so we went about our stay. On the afternoon of May 9, we returned to our room exhausted. The worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed
As a Diamond member, I usually get free bottle of water but front receptionists tried to sell the water bottle. They also didn’t provide me physical keys when I checked in. Perfect place to stay for next day flight out.....
We stayed here one night before our flight out of San Diego. The room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was OK with only one flavor of yogurt. We used the airport shuttle and it was on-time and convenient. We would stay here again.
