Hotel is ordinary but server Charles was amazing.

Everything you would expect for a doubletree hotel. Rooms were clean, location is great and walking distant to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Food at hotel was what you would expect, however the server Charles was amazing and above and beyond. Highly personable and attentive. Made this a much more positive experience to what would have been just an ordinary visit to a hotel. General Manager… Everything you would expect for a doubletree hotel.
