Bed bug bites
I stayed here on August 29th and 30th 2026 for my grandson’s move-in day at USD, and on arrival I thought the hotel looked very clean and welcoming. My room itself was average but acceptable for the price. After my second night there I noticed large red marks on my back, shoulders and arms. Old and Run down
Should be ashamed to call this establishment a Hilton brand. Entire hotel is old and run down. My 2 room suite lay out was nice but the carpet was ripped and had a huge whole in the middle of the floor. Stained carpet, stained lamp shades and a whole in the dirty sofa bed. Out dated furniture and hard towels. I only stayed one night. I will hesitate to ever booked a Hilton brand hotel again .Should be ashamed to call this establishment a Hilton brand.
