    The hotel is very nice with great amenities. Location is ideal for a variety of activities and dining. Rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly and open to feedback. Special shout out to Desiree - we shared a couple of travel “inconveniences” presented at the property and she was quick to create solutions that were above and beyond. Appreciate knowing that the staff is empowered to do the right thing as it pertains to guest comfort. A+

    Great experience at a beautifulHotel with a perfect location to the water front and Little Italy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Food at the downstairs restaurant was great and rooftop bar service was great as well

    Great downtown hotel - convenient location and comfortable / clean stay. Rooftop is awesome as well, great views and drinks. Jordan at the front desk was especially accommodating and friendly. Would stay again!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had an outstanding stay at the Carte Hotel in San Diego! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable.A special thank you to Selena, who checked us in with a warm and welcoming attitude. Since our room wasn’t quite ready yet, she made sure our luggage was properly stored and taken care of, allowing us to start enjoying the hotel and the city right away.The hotel itself is beautiful, with a vibrant lobby bar that’s perfect for relaxing and socializing. The rooftop scene is absolutely fantastic, offering great views and an amazing atmosphere that really elevated our stay.What impressed us most was the exceptional customer service. After returning home, we realized that my daughter had accidentally left her jacket behind. When we called the front desk, Desiree kindly walked us through the process of getting the item returned. While we were waiting for USPS to pick up the package from the hotel, I called back for an update and Jordan made sure that Desiree, the manager, contacted me directly. She reassured me that the jacket was still safely in their possession and personally ensured that USPS would pick it up as soon as possible.It’s rare to find a team that is so attentive, caring, and committed to guest satisfaction. From check-in to follow-up after our stay, every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we had a pleasant experience.Thank you to Selena, Desiree, Jordan, and the entire Carte Hotel team for making our stay memorable.
