Great staff. Did the best with what they had to work with.Horrible rooms. Bad lighting. Mattresses were so very soft. Checked two other rooms to possibly change but just as bad.Breakfast lacked choices and eggs were ice cold.Park on the street - safer than maneuvering parking garage or front parking lot.Great staff. This was a great location. The room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Parking lot spaces were tight and cost $26 per night. There was not a microwave in the room but one was available for use in the lobby. I would stay there again if I come back to San DiegoThis was a great location. The room was clean. This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel is currently under construction, which was not disclosed before booking and only mentioned at check-in. Our room was placed directly next to construction, making it noisy and uncomfortable.The room had multiple issues. The shower only had lukewarm water.
