Room smelled musty. No room anywhere, including the closet, for a suitcase. No room service after 6pm. No breakfast. Pool is tiny. "poolside view" was the top of the parking garage. Incredibly noisy. "private balcony" was concrete slab that was standing room only for 1 person and an ugly rail. No breakfast, just cheap coffee. For comparable rates, go somewhere better.Room smelled musty. The hotel was difficult to find but that was my problem. I accidently turned down a one way street and missed it because I did’n look to the left side of the one way street.Checking in was average except I had a very enjoyable conversation with Yaciel who checked us in. This hotel has some great things about it but significant negatives as well. First, the pros: We stayed in a nice-sized remodeled room facing the pool area (well, not really—see below) so we wouldn't hear street noise. The room was quiet, the beds were great, and the shower was very good with nice grab bar and rubber mat. I had an amazing time at this hotel as a staycation. Room was wonderful, pool was great!! Hector and Yaziel checked me in and gave 100/10 customer service. Hector went above and beyond by delivering my DoorDash to my room (even though that’s not his job). Stephanie was also great and helpful.
