We have stayed at the Hotel Contessa at least 3 times. It is a lovely hotel and has a very convenient location. We had several issues with our last stay. This hotel nickels and dimes you for everything. Parking is $59.00/day plus tax. They charge you a $20.00 amenity fee. Then there is a tax on the amenity fee. But the real irritant is that they are now charging you a credit surcharge of 3%. Serio… We have stayed at the Hotel Contessa at least 3 times. The 5 stars are for Front desk Associate Abbas is the best! He made our trip memorable for my family and was very accommodating. This is a busy hotel, valet was pricey and hectic at check out time. But they worked it the best they could, it is just a small space to move the cars in and out.
